The outbreak of the Corona virus caused many problems that affected the health of
individuals, in addition to making chronic diseases more serious. One of these
diseases is acute kidney injury, which was exacerbated by Covid-19 and could lead to
mortality, as the main receptor for Covid-19 is the angiotensin-converting enzyme 2
(ACE2) found in the kidneys. The study included risks and how to control the
progression of the disease in renal patients, as early diagnosis helped greatly in
overcoming the risk of death.
